Your data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, to the following subjects: 

(i) to the financial administration and / or other public authorities, where this is required by law or at their request;

(ii) to credit institutions for instrumental purposes for the online purchase of Products;

(iii) to the structures, subjects and external companies that the Controller uses for carrying out related activities, instrumental or consequent to the execution of the Website Services - including the cloud computing storage service, transport, delivery and / or collection of Products through the E-commerce platform - sending the Newsletter and providing Marketing Services;

The information automatically collected by the Website may also be transferred to cloud servers of Third Parties located also outside the EU, resulting in such processing being necessary for the execution of the Website Services requested by you. The legal basis of this treatment is, therefore, the art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. b of the GDPR.

The data provided will be processed mainly by using IT tools under the authority of the Controller, possibly by subjects specifically appointed, authorized and trained in processing in accordance with Articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR. We inform you that suitable security measures are observed also pursuant to articles 5 and 32 of the GDPR to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

 

  1. STORAGE TIME

The Personal Data processed will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. In any case, since some Personal Data are processed in the context of the Purchases you have made on the Store, Pepegrill may retain them for a longer period, in particular as may be necessary in order to protect the interests of the Controller from possible responsibilities relating to the contract with you.

The Personal Data processed for the purpose of Soft Spam will be kept until you oppose this treatment through the link you can find at the bottom of each of the Soft Spam e-mails.

The Personal Data processed will in any case be kept for the period prescribed by specific legal obligations or by the applicable legislation.

At the end of the retention period, we delete the Personal Data in order to ensure that it cannot be reconstructed or read.

Please note that the Data stored for marketing purposes will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months from their registration.
